I’ve been looking forward to Mary all week! 10 rounds + 12. I was shooting for 10 🙂
everyone at our morning class is so nice and encouraging! it’s a pleasure to work out with all of you.
Wasn’t able to make it yesterday, so just did the 100 burpees at home this morning (I admit, I did not have a 45# weight to jump on). time: 11:56. I need to do these everyday until Dan’s time is not less than 1/2 mine!! Go Dan!
Really supportive group this morning. Great Coaching Elijah. Thanks for all the support folks.
I’m always happy to coach!
13 rounds with a little bit of discomfort!
9 rounds +5, …back to reality. On behalf of the 530 crew, whom apparenly have no problem drinking beer belonging to others, I’d like to thank Scott and the 630 gang for the refreshments. Thanks gang, good times!
My pleasure Dan! The beer was for everyone, no class time restrictions!
Did my first double under today, even got 2 in a row a couple of times! Now for the handstand! And mobility and more pushups and heavier weights and more endurance and better squats and snatches and overhead squats and and and…..
ain’t it the truth! once you figure one thing out, you move on to the next thing you need to figure out. kind of like parenting, huh?
Exactly, and in reality, my once a day workout needs to be two, once in the am to work on mobility and form and then the WOD in the evening, lol. there is not enough hours in the day it seems for me.
