ha! T and I thought our upper bodies might get a break after yesterday. instead, we wrestled with 53# KBs for 15+ minutes. can’t wait to see what you have planned for tomorrow.
whoops. checked the board – we finished in under 15! it just felt like forever 🙂
Loved this WOD! I think my time was 11:30 (or somewhere close to that) with a 44 lb KB and deadlifted 185. Not my PR but not bad.
that 70 lb kb was taxing 315 deadlift tried 405 lost.
Not sure what I used on the KB but it wasnt 70lbs and I bruised my left shoulder. Those were tough. 335 deadlift (PR) Tried 365, no go.
Went 70#’s rx…., dead last in time, but I did it! Deadlift….urrgh 265#
