I knew you were a weight lifter Heather….looking good!
That was a fun workout. It was half yoga, half cant feel my legs. I am a good sore from this week, cant wait to see what the rest brings. I was able to pull of 66 reps somehow. I shot for 70, but fell just short. Next time I will get it.
41 reps. should have snatched it.
44 reps rx my shoulders had nothing left after kbs the day before.heather looking like a stud on that DL.
