    42:11 RX. 8:20 on the first mile. RX killed me. 2nd mile 11:50. Brutal workout.

    I rarely cherry pick my workouts. However when I could barely get out of bed and looked at this WOD. I decided that cowardice was a better route. See you all next week and congrats on achieving this WOD.

    I am going to do this one tomorrow at work. Is it 1 hang clean immediately to 1 push press, then to 2 of each with only having rest as needed all the way up to 10? This looks like it will hurt.

    35 minutes and some odd seconds for me. my first mile was pretty good, and the second mile was not as bad as I anticipated. fortunately, only one neighbor saw me huffing and puffing, covered in chalk 🙂

    tough one today!! hey molly thanks for the shout out today!! that was on my second run and it was getting tough!! I actually ran almost the whole mile both times (walked the hill!) that is a big acccomplishment for me even if my time wasnt great!! got to luv those hang cleans!!

    Good job to you all. I started this one at work, but unfortunately was disrupted and didn’t get to finish. I did my first mile and all the way through round 6. I was gassed at this point, getting through round 10 and running one more mile would have been really hard. Once again strong work to you all.
