We had a good start to the morning classes yesterday. I want to remind everyone the first two weeks of the new morning classes will only be MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY.

      Yeah, at least the first week. Let me get them up to speed. I will try to get them on the regular WOD by next week.

    I did good on this one. My runs were strong. Finished in 8:38.
