Great job to everyone who is taking on the nutrition project and trying to change things for the better! I have heard a lot of stories over the past week, some impressive and others not so impressive. I’d love to hear from everyone who said they’d make a change for the project. Did you make the change? Is it going well? Did you fall off? Did you not start? Are you going to get back on? Will you make it the 35 days? Any withdrawal symptoms? Or whatever you feel like sharing. I know A LOT of you took on the challenge, I can’t wait to see what you all have to say!
For me, giving up coffee was a lot more difficult than I had anticipated! The first day wasn’t too bad, but the second day was one of the toughest days I have had in years. I didn’t really get the headaches everyone was talking about, I just felt completely drained of any energy. I felt like I could have slept ALL DAY!!! Still clean, no coffee and as always I’m eating pretty damn good!
