 $10/lb for less than 20 lbs
$9.50/lb for 20-49 lbs
$9/lb for 50 lbs or more

    Alright Elijah I will start posting again. I did it in 18:30 something, forget my exact time.. My handstand push-ups suck. Need to work some more on those.

    27 min something. Handstand push-ups and ring rows I had be break up into sets of 1 🙂 I try to focus on quality reps. One day I WILL be able to do both quality and have a great time! Until then I am LOVING the process. Shout out to my Noon wrecking crew! Great job today.

    Small world!! I used to sell salmon for Lance Aldrin for a few seasons. INCREDIBLE FLAVOR, no fishiness at all. I highly reccomend it to anyone who loves fish. Salmon can be fishier than other species but not this stuff. It’s amazing!

    In other news, I’ll finally be back in the box tomorrow!
