    I see we got 10 posts for yesterday, so here’s the first for today! Even though the 70lb KB about tipped me over, it went okay once in motion. On the other hand, its been quite a while since doing handstand push-ups, so that got rough 17:19. “Party on, dude”

    I just wanted to finish in less than 30. 24:58 so small moral victory. Looking forward trying to stay on my heels today. Or falling over.

    Good job Dan, that’s a great time.

    Today was a fun heavy workout. My lifts keep improving. The technique has drastically improved, but still has some to go. Ended up getting 160#. Need to get to 185# by January so still have work to do.

    Dan my 5k buddy good job! Wow that is a great time for a ROUGH workout like that.

    Lannette do you have the crossfit bug yet? Good job on your time! You beat me!

    #125 I didn’t know what to expect. I am sure I’m not the only one that feels like the snatch is a pretty mental move. I look forward to a better number in the future!

    was shooting for 185 like steve but had to end at 175. still stoked on it. have another month to try and hit my goal. everybody killed it as usual. lets make sure we get 10 posts on here otherwise ill be only going a couple times a week. SCREW 50 EXTRA BURBEES ๐Ÿ™‚

    jess good job with the snatch. you to jenny it is mental as you go up in lb,s.and yes jess i am a bleeder lippy! i set new pr with 155lb then i got in my hed .good job on the pr keith! good job all the snatch is tuff.
