There has been a lot of talk about a nutrition project/challenge going around the gym the past few weeks. So lets get the party started! The nutrition project will kick off on October 13th and end on November 16th. Start to get your ducks in a row to be ready to stay 100% true to your nutrition plan for 35 days. Yes, that means no ‘cheat’ days or meals! I will get the details of the competition to you soon.

    I’m so excited for this! I will desperately be in need of a cleanse after my trip! It’s worse than I thought… Unless you want to spend at least 30 euros per meal, your choices are pretty much bread and cheese. :/

    Yay for the nutrition challenge! I like that it is 35 days long. It is like the overachievers whole30 challenge. Looking forward to it 🙂
