    hoped for 12, ended up with 13:03. much improved compared to last time we did JT in August (just shy of 16 minutes). push ups are much harder after HSPUs and ring dips! after yesterday and today, my lower and upper body are equally sore.

    Great job today Kyle J. you didn’t miss a beat by going to Hawaii. Maybe I need to go Hawaii and miraculously my hand stand push ups will be better! 🙂
    Todays workout reminded me of how much more work I still need to do. 22:05 yikes!

    Dani n I will be doing this at home tonight. I believe this is the first time I’ve looked at a chest freezer and thought “I can do handstands against that, and use a chair next to it for dips.” the frozen meats inside will be wondering what the hell is going on outside.

    Gonna practice falling on my head at home, need to save the gas. Can do the dips and push ups though. My whole body is sore from yesterday.

    My HSPUs are getting better, considering I couldn’t even do a handstand when I started. The band totally helped with the ring dips and I actually felt like I was doing them. Did the modified version in 12:09.
