No WOD on Thanksgiving (Thursday 11/22) or Friday. Two WODs on Saturday, 9 & 10.


Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings


Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats
15 Pull-ups


Training with pain, it’s such a happy thing

    Not afraid to say it…..I look spectacular! Down right dapper even! 🙂

    On a WOD note, my legs hurt worse than they have have at any point in the last 3 months! Fridays’s workout crushed me. It’s Monday morning and i’m still whining about it! Not exactly sure why, but it very well could have something to do with the lack of electrolytes following the workout….who knows.

    I have my last qualifying workout to do hopefully tomorrow. I am getting home from colorado today. I was hoping you wouldn’t mind if I came in today and just did some stretching and mobility work then tomorrow bang out that workout. Its almost the same as yours is today, 20 min amrap of 3 muscle ups 6, 115# ohs ,9 t2b. I am currently sitting at 25th out of 115.

    Good luck with that FireSteve. On Saturday, I was originally a no-go, then thought I’d go in and do some stretching and ab work, next thing I know I’m doing the WOD. Tough to go in/near the box, and not do the WOD.

    Good luck Fire Steve…I have a feeling I will be seeing you at Noon the next couple days!
    I think I am going to tackle Mary today just because I can’t do muscle ups.

    Last Sat. was a GREAT workout! Sat. people let me know what time you plan to go this Sat. so that I don’t have to workout alone again. 🙂

    It is harder to miss the exceptional beard when the handlebar stash looks so damn good.

    Saturday was definitely a fun WOD with a good group. It was nice to meet and workout with some of the peeps from the other classes. I’ll be hitting up the 9am class again this Saturday.
