    For those of you who are still non believers in how important diet is when you are training like an athlete (which we all do here), let me tell you. After a week of eating a poor non-paleo diet and drinking way too much beer I came in today and got my ass kicked by my qualifying workout (ask Elijah about my pathetic display). This once again reiterated to me why I choose to eat the way I do.

    wow. what a WOD to come home to. feel like taking a nap, but should probably eat some carbs and feed my muscles. can’t remember my time, but it doesn’t really matter because what I’m really excited about is my ten rope climbs! still can’t believe I did it. thank you nooners for pushing me!

    That was a WOD in a half. red lined it, and pooped out! haha 5 rope climbs, last 5 were modified. 13:13 no RX 🙁

    Great job Noon wrecking crew! GREAT job Molly!

    Fire Steve I have learned that lesson once or twice myself. The take away though is that you never know how bad it feels if you never try Paleo.

    Wore long pants and still have rope burn on my ankle – but did all 10 climbs! I love the rope. Way to go 5:30 – going strong!

    Good job Amy, and big-time kudos to Noah and Kyle Sr for Rx’ing! I, for one, need to just get over it and dial-back anything gluteus maximus….and do it right. And, yes Fire Steve, but its so good when it touches the lips. See the 5:30 gang tomorrow, hope everyone has a great Turkey Day (be good).

    Travel workout: 150 burpees in 18:09. Glad to see it is getting better. Not great, but slowly better. 125 in October in 21:39. And Elijah, those 300 walking lunges nearly did me in. Miss everybody and hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.

    Good to be back after a 4 day Oregon trip with bad eating! Today was rough, I hear you fire Steve, so true about diet! Actually craved paleo food when I got home! Good job Amy, miss you Lanette, see you all at 5:30 tommorow! Jenny 9am Sat.
