    Did it at work. Got 150# @ 3 reps, just doing what I could snatch. Worked with 135# on form for c & j.

    Sat. was tons of fun, and a great turnout!

    I really enjoyed todays workout, hoping to learn how to lift with better form so that I can hit some PR’s, muscling my lifts is only going to get me so far! 135# front squat, and 135# get my form better C&J!

    As much as I know I’ve improved from the start, the last month has been very frustrating getting over this wall and back up to par. You guys are all so awesome and supportive, fun workout with jess and Kyle. Thanks again for the pull up help!

    So sad I missed this one, had every intent on going but got stuck at work. I really wanted to see my max weight on clean and jerks,next time!
