    So I was all bummed out cause I thought I didn’t lift a new PR. I guess I need to use the calculator too cause when I went home and added it up…..205# new PR!

    too true. it’s like waiting for good weather to go outside. get out in the rain! it’s fun to get wet!

    i didn’t feel good at all yesterday, so i let myself rest (and read in front of the fire). today i wasn’t 100%, but i knew i’d feel better after working out (plus, i’d earn myself some more reading in front of the fire time).

    53# on the turkish get-up, and then 2 rounds plus 10 (or was it 13?). good times. double unders keep getting better. i’m thankful that i have lacrosse balls and pvc pipe at home. traps were sore from those presses!

    I hear you Molly. I contiplated not coming in today due to being tired from a 72 hr shift. But I am glad I did, may not have been 100% but you always feel better when you just get it done. Did 75# on the turkish getup and finished 2 rounds plus 52 reps on wod. Shoulders are done. Good job noon crew, have fun afternoon peeps.

    I guess I really checked my ego at the door yesterday – big calculator to add up all those 2.5# weights. Now I can hardly type this because my shoulders and triceps are useless after today, good times. 26# kb on turkish getups, 2 rounds + 61 (100 single jumps)

    congrats fire steve on getting in the norcal 40s comp t and i will be there to cheer you on.got 65lbs on tgu and 2+20 rx it got heavy fun with big class today!
