A few of our peeps will be competing in a charitable event in Fairfield next Saturday December 15th. I know some of you have been talking about going down to root your teammates on. If you’d like to carpool put your name up on the board in the box and coordinate a ride. I think Rosie and I will be riding down with H-Bomb and No-Rep. After the event is over we will be heading back to Auburn and meeting up at… Wait for it… DINGUS McGEE’s! Haha! What a name! Sorry, it just makes me laugh every time. So, meeting at Dingus McGee’s after for a winter solstice/holiday/festivus for the rest of us type celebration. A few of you said you’d rather have a little party at the box, we could do that on Saturday after rather than Dingus… Who’s in charge around here? Someone make a decision! Either way, be ready to cheer your fellow ACF athletes through some fun WODs for a good cause!

    And, Jason’s praying once again. Pretty sure Kyle’s in charge of this one. Kyle, you should pick a time to meet at Dingus (they better have more on tap than PBR), that way if folks can’t make it to Fairfield, they know they can catch up with us later

      haha. i was going to say something about the heels too! but really i’m just jealous of dan’s mad sprinting skills. he’s going to dominate today’s activity.

      i’m so freaking sore after today and yesterday, i’m thinking about going to the gym again just to stretch out. or maybe i’ll just have a few shots and take a nap.

    Just call me Cherry Pie…I admit to totally cherry pickin’ today (sprints – arrgh!). Me and my slow twitch muscles did go on a 6 mile run (my fast twitch muscles – otherwise known as vanity muscles – did kick in the few times a car passed by).

    Ha…yes, I, too, noticed the toes. Maybe Jason was bewitching me to elevate. Coach wore me out on a few of the sprints today, good stuff, felt good.

    Dan you rocked the sprints tonight, great job. hey HH we did pretty darn good ourselves! we finished all 12 sprints with time to spare! Coach thanks for all the pushes tonight it really did help me kick it into gear and finish when i didnt think it was possible!! fun work, hope i still think so tommorow!!
