praying to the rower gods….. or begging the rower for mercy?
Not everyone has the curl though. . .
looking good jason I was there not fun. sat was a fun wod.
Jason, are you wearing a thong…do you not listen to Kyle and I about wearing women’s panties, especially while on the rower. Well, Heather finished the marathon. At mile 16, she was ahead of the 4:40 pace group (well over an hour for her PR), but I’m afraid the elements ultimately got the best of her. She did finish with a PR, though. I’m super proud of her! We’re a no-go today, back tomorrow.
I didn’t know you did the run too! What was your time Dan?
the picture would be complete if only Jason had a tramp stamp.
congrats heather!
T, I’m a nooner this week. any chance you can join us then?
had fun and took my time with those back squats today. got up to 150.
Ha, the support team sees it through the end, and then some. You’re the best Coach!!
I totally dug todays workout . . . next time I pushing the extra 2 lbs and hitting 100. Thanks for partnering up w me Rosie . . . . Good job 4:30 class.
Jason it looks like you found out what was difficult about sprint rowing but you’re right, not everyone has the curl. Awesome squats 4:30 class! Thanks for working with me Jess – you totally have over 100 next time.
Dan-coach and I were wondering how many pubs you hit while big H ran. fun wod today, like working on my chicken legs thay are almost turkey legs!
Maybe if I knew Molly pulled out 150 I would’ve shot for 123 at least. Pretty sure I’m still gonna be feeling the 113 tomorrow though.
