Some heavier deads but nothing that should keep you from doing any set in more than 3 sets. Adjust weight accordingly if needed. Strict HSPU are going to be a challenge for some so lower the reps here if needed in order to keep the intensity. Similar rule, see if you can get them done in no more than 3-4 sets. Relax those shoulders on the double unders and see if you can keep them unbroken or in big sets.
