If you are comfortable and experienced with it you can take the barbell from the floor. Otherwise make sure to have it come from a rack for safety reasons. Weight should be something you can do unbroken for at least the first set if not the first 2 sets. Steady and methodical reps to keep moving here. For the MU start off by doing less reps if needed in order to meet the goal time domain. If you are working on developing the skill you can do one of the low ring or banded options but work to keep the reps at 10.
