Workout of the Day:

No Equipment Needed WOD

5 Rounds for Time:

20 Jumping Alternating Lunge

15 Half Burpees

Equipment WOD

Complete as many as possible in 10 mins of:

30 Double Unders (30 penguins)

20 Single arm dumbbell Snatch (50/35)

* Warmup:

Run 400 meter or 2 mins

2 rounds

30 jumping jacks

20 walking lunge

10 spiderman

10 bootstrapper

ACF Family, we will continue to post workouts daily for your home workouts. These will include “No Equipment WOD” as well as a “Bodyweight/Dumbell etc. WOD”. As such, we have freshly disinfected equipment ready and available for checkout to our ACF community. We will be offering curbside delivery…time to be announced.

If you are interested in checking out equipment for home use please message me with what you would like to checkout. Once I have compiled a list of those interested I will begin distributing and let you know when you can pick up sometime tomorrow. Below is a list of what is available for checkout:

Dumbells: weight as follows: 15, 17.5, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 65, 70, 80 lbs.

Kettlebells: 15, 26, 35, 44,  53, 62, 70 lbs.

Plates (for body weight movements): 10, 15, 25, 35, 45.

Sandbags: 100, 70, 50, 35, 25 lbs

Medballs: 30, 20, 19, 16, 14, 12, 10

I will do my best to provide workouts with options of how to use the equipment available.
