Workout of the Day:

10 Min. AMRAP

10 Squats

9 DB Snatch, right arm (50/35)

10 Push-ups

9 DB Snatch, left arm (50/35)

Warmup:

800 (or 4:30 min) run

2 Rounds

20 Walking lunge w/twist

10 Bootstrappers

10 Swings

8 Spider-Man

Then: review DB Snatch and perform 5 snatch/arm with warmup weight. Perform 5 push-up. Increase weight and Perform 3 snatch/arm.
