5 Rounds, each for time of:

Run 800 meters

Rest 3 minutes

Accessory:

2 Min quad stretch/ side

2 Min pigeon/ side

calf stretch

Warmup:

2 rounds

20 jumping jacks

50’ high knees

50’ butt kickers

10 rollover v sit

in downward facing dog 20 alternating calf stretch

3 way hip stretch
