    Molly Muscles! you rock! Gotta skip tonight. Yesterdays WOD was brutal, but I have to say a favorite, gotta work on the running, lol. I foresee some tabata and long runs in my near future along with all of the other “homework” I have. Maybe I will see you at the Friday morning WOD.

    I think 4 responses may be a new record. I love coming in the morning and workin out with Molly and Amber. The AM class is strong!! I need a rest day bad tomorrow, have fun without me ACF!

    brenda: i need to work on the running too. i’ve been trying to do some tabata sprints in the evening. it’s more fun than washing dishes. and i’ve seen your numbers on the board – you’re lifting heavy! way to go!

    amber: now that you’re lifting heavier, your finger muscles should be plenty strong enough to push that reply button. take a shot of tequila first if you need some liquid courage 🙂

    zack: missed you this AM! enjoy your day of rest (and eat some extra fat).
