    11 rounds + 4 front squats.

    thank you, steve, for setting the goal of 10. it gave me something to aim for – and beat.
    and thanks, elijah, for reminding me to squat clean. 98 pounds gets heavy after a few rounds.
    looking forward to seeing everybody tomorrow night! i’ll bring some paleo treats.

    I told you it was hard, I have felt this workout all day. I am glad I am giving you something to shoot for. Hopefully soon I will be able to get you in a few of these. 12 rounds + 7 reps Rx.

    Oh, front squats are my forte, dang….y’all is lucky I was cherry pickin’ :0 Keith,…Heather would like to thank you for the sore abs. Not sure what that’s all about, we’ll chat outside the box.
