    It was a killer. It is a long grinder, and a lot of weight to be throwing overhead. I will definitely feel this in my legs tomorrow. Completed in 26:29 Rx (except I may have done a few knees to triceps instead of to elbow). Have fun afternoon classes.

    I wish I had Rx’ed this one, but seeing as how my max weight for an overhead squat is currently 78 #, 50 reps at 83# on the walking lunge seemed nearly impossible. Yes, that is a defeatist attitude. In hindsight, I should have tried it, even if it meant a 30+ minute WOD.

    24:37 @ 68#. Had to break up the 100 K2E into sets of fives. Great way to start a Monday!

    what is rong with a 30+ wod it took me 38 something at rx that was a grinder nice job steve
    that is a kickass time elijah killed it to.

      That one was brutal The Rx weight was ridiculous. A 30+ on that one is great. At least you finished and threw up a ton of weight.
