    have yet to meet a WOD that is a joke! except for a few Saturday WODs. haha

    5 rounds + 24 today. tougher than it looked on the board.

    4 +7. I was lagging today and it didn’t feel good at all. Ah! Time to kick it up a notch on Monday, no more slacking! Always a fun time and good peeps, nevertheless.

    Thanks MM, sounds,… uhmm, delicious!??!. But, all is well. Official diagnosis is to suck it up, with just a tad of R&R. Probably a week or two of light-duty, followed by a week of well below rx, then hopefully back at it. So much for getting older, but wiser.
