Interesting reading about the habits of intelligent people; I suppose we all place ourselves at various points when we’re reading something like that.
I don’t know all the answers about nutrition — I’m working on my diet with Eli right now. But the boring scientific background of this article about how inflammation works is absolutely right on. I’ll be interested in seeing how the author ties into the next section.

6:30 always seems to end the day on a good note. Washes away the worries of the day. I agree, good articles. Informative one on autoimmune disease. And I KNEW IT, binge drinking is a sign of intelligence! Ha.
