I CAN’T believe I’m showing up at cross fit today.

Its been fun working out with the 0830 crew again. Today was a grinder like always. It amazes me how much you lose by taking some time off. Time to get back after it.
This was my first time with the Filthy 50, 33:58. Yesterday was crazy good too.
