One workout on Thursday at 8am
Evening Classes Only on Friday
9am workout on Saturday

    I have to give the before sunrise/5:30 am crew kudos: when challenged to do today’s 3 sets of kettlebell swings unbroken, they hung on and didn’t let go. Way to swing!
