2011 CrossFit Open sectional WOD 2
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Dead Lifts
12 push ups
15 box jumps

    Jenny, so to be honest Im not exactly sure what all those numbers mean in baseball BUT I do know awesomeness when I see it. Good job . . . how cool is that to make it into Wikipedia! Coach, your video was very cute too.

    That’s badass Jenny, those are some very impressive stats.

    I know a few of you are going this weekend to the Norcal Masters (it should be quite an expo). Is anyone going on Sunday and is willing to give me a ride home? My daughter has a scheduling conflict so my wife has to leave in the am. Please don’t feel obligated to do this, as I do have other options I just needed to ask all you Auburnites first.

      Hey, Molly! I ran across a different recipe than what I use for bone both and I didn’t see this ingredient in your recipe, but it said to add egg shells. I say the more the better but it seemed a little odd. Have you done that before?

    H-Bomb, I had some banana bread for you tonight and tried to get Dan to bring you some but he wouldn’t. He said you couldn’t have any since you didn’t work out. Anyway, for those of you who asked here is the recipe. I will print some off as well and leave them in the box.
