I have a stiff neck from all those cash landings I had yesterday doing hand stand push ups! Ouch!!
I am taking a few weeks off and just going to do yoga, run, hike and stretch. Had a DNF yesterday due to my chronic shoulder issue which made me realize time to relax and repair. Enjoy and keep working hard.

It feels pretty dang good to be back in the box. Today will be the start of week three and I’m like a kid at Christmas every morning I know I can make it!
