This WOD looks like a battle!
For those wondering how the weekend went here you go. Started out great, took first in the first workout. The second workout was a hard he for me and I fell to 6 the place. The third workout was going ggreat until I felt a bad twinge in my lower back on my set of 20 KB snatches. From there the back kept getting tighter and tighter which affected my next two workouts and finally forced me to withdraw before the last workout. So bottom line is I have a sore back, had a good time, found some weaknesses to work on and still came in 18th place.
Rest up FSteve, we prefer you in one piece, well done! Thx nooners for letting me crash, and pushing me through with just a touch of ALJ 🙂
Great job, Fire Steve! Sorry about your back but super badass awesome sauce on competing and doing well. Way to represent yourself and ACF! Boom! 🙂
