Fun lifting session with SmoothD and IntenseSteve this morning! #155 snatch, #200 C&J that is about all the wrist/hand could handle. 6:08 on the mile, lets felt heavy!
That’s an awesome photo, one of my new favorites. I’ll spare Mike any additional captions, it’s just too easy. Coach, that’s a blazing mile…were you running from thou that loves big balls.
Wasn’t feeling it today. Fighting a cold and soreness. But still got it done. #120 snatch, #165 c& j and a 6:33 mile. Good luck afternoon people.
Mike, I hadn’t noticed Stewie before 🙂
I look forward to getting some atlas stones in the box. That 42 pounder was cake. It will be fun to try heavier stones.
I ran my fastest mile ever today! 7:23. woot woot! excellent WOD, coach.
Great 8:30 class. 150 lbs thruster and 170 lbs C&J. Couldn’t keep up with Intense Steve and Elijah on the run. 8:14 mile.
Not gonna be in today. This cold got the best of me. With any luck, I’ll be in bed asleep by the time 6:30 rolls around.
So I got the funniest feeling at 8:30 tonight like I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. . . . Miss you guys but wanted to send a pix of my “box” for today . . . Beautiful . . . 300 lunges. . . next time I might make it 400. Sounds like you guys rocked it Saturday! Well done . . . Coach thank you so so so much for all your personal attention. I never could have gotten this far without you . . . and of course my ACF support team. 🙂 Thanks everyone at ACF. Saludo . . .

Molly working on the atlas stones making one right now.Jess your box is beautiful !!!
Get it done and get back to our box.
Missed my normal crew tonight, but Keith was an ok sub. So glad to be back. Not sure on the run. Got completely lost and ran a lot more than I had to.
I love this picture! I think it’s important to note that the stone probably weighs more than Mike and he actually almost lifted it to his shoulder.
Jess, I love it! If you have to be away from our box, that’s a pretty good place to be.
Lanette, glad to see you’re back!
Didn’t make it in today, feeling a little bug coming on, decided to fight it with rest and reserve my strength for the massive onslaught of germs in the airports and planes tomorrow. Have to say I wasn’t too sad about missing that run. Sounds like there were some great times though!
