Probably not going to make it, Steve took me on a 7 mile hike yesterday and then we did some dance game on my brothers Wi for an hour last night. I’m sore! Oh and my hand is still recovering from the 12 days of Christmas WOD.
all I got for Christmas is a cold. well, not really. I think I’ll sit this one out. hopefully I’ll be able to breathe through my nose tomorrow. have a great workout today!
Alright coach. I am at work the next 2 days, then I have to get after it. I also need to clean the diet up after the past 3 days. Too much work to do, with too little time.
Can’t wait to get back at it, missed it and I don’t like who I am when I’m not giving it all I have at the box. Got some goals in mind for the new year which include some races and getting a big RX next to my name on the board every once in a while. Thinking about doing a 30 day challenge, just can’t decide which one to follow, any suggestions? There are a few out there or maybe just start my own.
I’m all for running tomorrow pm, if anyone else is interested.
(The one thing that could make it a no-go for me is if I end up working until like10 or 11 am tomorrow…..unlikely, but not impossible.)

We live in Cool and are in a gated community w/limited number of cars allowed access per home (and limited parking)– so plan on carpooling from the box and plan on spending the night (bring sleeping bag/pillow). If you can’t/won’t spend the night, we still need to encourage carpooling,…if so, we’ll take overnighters home the next day if their carpool driver leaves (please Designate a Driver, for realz). For those that stay, and only those that stay, I (being No-Rep) have some new “crossfit boxers” to show & tell. Can I get a “what, what”
This is a non-paleo function so if you must stick to the paleo lifestyle–bring necessary supplies. Maybe we can use the white board for folks interested in coming. Peace Out
