Wear long pants and knee socks today. Great workout. I’m always surprised when I can climb the rope ten times.
Dan and Heather: how do you feel about kids and New Year’s Eve? I know they don’t always mix well, so I completely understand if you want to abstain. But if you find them acceptable, we’re in with a designated driver, carpool room for two more non sleep over guests, and several meatzas (that’s paleo for pizza).
Thanks for the invite Dan and heather, but we will be camping on the beach . I am sure you will all have a good time.
Coach I have been modifying workouts at work but am looking forward to getting back in the gym. Today I did the workout but did DL with 65# dB’s and did 5 ring rows and 5 k2e as a substitute for rope climbs. This was exhausting. Then I did 20 minutes of interval running. Trying to prepare while away from your guidance. I also got back to my clean eating and it is amazing how my energy came back, even with limited sleep.
Looking forward to seeing my noon crew peeps tomorrow.
Change of plans, we’ll all be camping with FireSteve….how fun, thanks Steve. Molly, yes, the kiddos are welcome. We have a finished basement, so when they are done mingling they can play Xbox, Wii, watch movies (DVD, not blueray), read, play with Gabby, sleep, or whatever you deem appropriate….
