    wow, some strong words from Christian. trying to tell us something, coach? does this have anything to do with me not drinking my whole beer last Saturday? 🙂

    I’m pretty sure I used my butt to dead lift yesterday. ouch!

    also, I’m bringing a few jars of homemade kombucha to the gym today if anyone is interested in trying it. it will be in the fridge. just bring back the jars, please. if I can keep the mother alive, there will be plenty to share.

    Yes Kyle I got back in today. I have only done 3 workouts in 10 days all on my own (just not the same). Needless to say I felt a bit sluggish today, but it also felt good to be back. Starting the new year I will be throwing down some double days. Elijah will have me ready, I have faith.

    visted the box last night good to see you guys havent been in due to a stomach issue but my new years resolution is to have total dedication to the ACF so any push from my fellow ACFers would very much be appreciated. maybe a challenge or some goals or ?? any ideas how to ring in the new year!! HH and Dan count me in for new years, I can carpool someone there just not back in AM (have to go to work early!)

      GET back in here! IntenseSteve and I had a conversation one day that really put some things in perspective for me. He said I want to be good at 3 things “my marriage, my fitness and my career.” I think in life we try to take on too many things and then we lose track of what we deem most important. For me it helped me realize that just like Steve my health and fitness is important to me. It is a priority. I say no to quite a few things because I make it a priority.

    Safe travels HomeLoaf. For those coming New Year’s Eve, I put some info on the whiteboard. We pretty much know who’s in, so far (Coach & Rosie, Kyle & T (and kids), Molly & George (and kids), John & Amy, Jenny, Melly, Denise). We have no problem with last minute commitments, but we do need to know so we can get your name to the front gate for access (the driver’s name). Our home number is also on the board, so just call if you’re last minute. I put 6pm on the board, but come however early/late you want, we’ll be here. We’ll smoke a turkey, and have some apps, with plenty of booze…bring what you want. Peace Out

    I agree with jenny and big steve too many things in the fire had to cut out things and prioritize .Family and heath are my number one.not good at multitasking so staying here for a while .saturday wod was good i am( sore)

    Thanks Dan and Kyle. I really have missed the gang at ARC. I should be returning soon just need to change something around. Saturday’s WOD was good.
