Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

New Year’s eve – 530/830/noon/430 *** NO 530 or 630pm***
New Year’s Day – 10am hike up Cardiac Hill/open gym 12-130

    Happy New Years Eve to everyone at ACF. If anyone is looking for something to do my wife and i will be at Club Car tonight from about 8:00 until whenever.

    On a side note looking forward to trying to beat my previous Cindy. Let’s do this noon crew.

    I’m so much stronger than I was when that picture was taken – I no longer need help getting clips on and off the bar! (Though I will admit that it’s sometimes the hardest part of my workout.)

    Cindy was better today than she was in May! Rock it nooners and 4:30 crew! Be safe. See you next year 🙂

      We’ll meet at the gym at ten and drive over to the trailhead on Maidu.
