I like the article on 7 ways to make yourself more coachable, does this mean that I get to come in 1/2 hr early and leave 1/2 later? Just joking, but 10-15 minutes, I like the point of working on form (quality) and working on weaknesses (rope climbs, muscle-ups, butterfly pull-ups) for 10-15 mins after the WOD. Good stuff coach!!

I appreciated those 7 tips also. The best cue coach has given me is “calm down”. I used it on myself last Friday to get me through all those rope climbs.

Besides all that running, today’s WOD is right up my alley! My neck is still a little tweaked from yesterday, but I’m hoping it loosens up by noon so I can join the noon crew.

It was a good workout Molly. Coach set the bar high once again. I agree that is a good article, lots of good points.

Definitely not a strength for me! Great workout either way. I’m pretty excited to have an 8:30am schedule for the next few months. Coach completely destroyed those pull-ups!
