Great WOD! I love to see so many RXs on the whiteboard. Big improvement over last time we did this workout – I was hoping to shave 5+ minutes off, but I’m happy with my gain of 4.5 minutes. Also happy that I pushed through without a water break!
John and Amy – count us in for 1 adult plus 1-2 children. I’ll bring two balls and a jicama.

I agree with Molly. Today was a good WOD. Nooners pushed it hard. Runner Brian destroyed this one. On a plus side for me my running is getting stronger and allowing me to push through these running wods much more efficiently.
Go Allie Go! Missed this one, work work work. But did pull out a modified version at home, that air was cold! Hopefully see you guys tomorrow!

Sad I missed this one I really wanted to try this WOD but stuck at a work seminar allllll day! Tommorow here I come!
