See the bucket Allie, it could’ve been worse. Well, highly likely it won’t be an RX day, but I’ll be there (probably join 4:30 crew).

Thanks for the encouragement this morning FireSteve. It was nice to have a coach pushing me through this crazy WOD!

gonna try for 6:30, but likely to get hosed here at work for even thinking it…..

this WOD looks like F-U-N, i’ve been dying to do some rope climbing (may regret saying this)

    who broke the bucket?

5 plus 8 rounds for me today. could have done more if i hadn’t started crying half way through 🙂 those front squats were HEAVY! loving all the new ropes at the gym. i’m getting better at the foot hold, which spares my inner thighs from clamping the rope and hanging on for dear life (and hurts like hell afterwards!).

also love the “what is making you fat” chart. here is a similar graphic about success: http://pinterest.com/pin/106397609918450818/

please help yourself to some grapefruit!

My pleasure Elijah. I know it pushes me harder when I have someone in my ear. Good job noon crew, sorry my shoulder failed and wouldn’t let me complete the workout with you ( I was bummed). What I finished was challenging. Shoulder is sore so I am probably out for the WOD tomorrow, but I am going to head out to the Placer track around 1100 and do some sprint work if anyone is interested.
