Workout of the Day


Five rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

New Years Eve party at the Woods house 

6pm bring your favorite celebratory side dish and libations that get your party hat on! We will BBQ organic protein of some sort and perhaps a variety!! (Up to Uncle Bobby)

Oh and don’t forget the white elephant gift that you couldn’t get rid of at Christmas, bring that!!!
