3 Handstand push-ups

225 pound Deadlift, 6 reps

12 Pull-ups

24 Double-unders

Challenge begins this Saturday  January 20. Following Saturday’s workout we will be kicking off the challenge with a Food Prep discussion with tips for successfully prepping for your weekly nutrition. This will take place at Cinnamon’s House @ 10:30. Feel free to bring something to snack on and share. Please text Cinnamon if you plan to attend (number is on the board)
