    Haha, Dan the man… Thanks for the shout out. My family finally vacated my house and all they left was this lousy plague. As soon as I stop drowning in mucous I’ll be back in the box. Oh man do I miss it.

    another hard core upper body day! feeling strong and loving it. loving my ACF family too. we are all AWESOME!

    Nice to be back in to the gym today. The shoulder felt good, 4 days of stretching and mobility must have done the trick. That was a lot of strict pull-ups. I will feel those tomorrow. DU’s still a weakness, must remember to keep practicing those darn things. Good job noon crew, see you all tomorrow.

    2 FRUSTRATING workouts in a row! I am so thankful to have supportive people in the noon class! Love you all! To getting stronger, or leaning out more so that my shoulders don’t have to work so hard to lift up my big butt! ha

    finally back in the box this week after a long break (family,illness,holidays – glad they are over!) back on track with diet. thanks coach K for the help last night! I fell like I took 10 steps backwards but determine to get strong again and then some!! always good to be around the ACF peeps!
