So according to the above article what I do at the gym everyday is to “defend my muscle mass”. I like it

Is a pill as good as exercise? One of the main reasons I exercise is so that I don’t have to take a pill everyday! Also, I can’t get my daily dose of friends if I don’t go to the gym (which is why I showed up today even though the WOD looked sick [and it was!]). I think the people who “hate to exercise” must be doing it wrong!
