All right I am starting a Sunday track day. Each Sunday (weather depending) I will be @ the Placer High School track @ 9:30. Each week I will be focusing on sprints, tempo runs, stairs and other fun outdoor exercises. If you want distance running, sorry to say but this is not what we will be working on. Hope to see some of you there.
