It was fun coming to 4:30 today.Always nice working out with the people I don’t get a chance to workout with often. It was also nice being able to get my working weight up to 245# on my front squats. Good job Kelsey and Jess working hard at those squats.
Thanks Fire Steve! . . . super nice to have you there keeping the bar high. Molly thank you for your input today. Having someone there watching form was extreeeeemmmeeellly helpful. Did not reach my personal record today but I am proud of my form .. . . Ill get those 5lbs back next time. Dan . . . dude when are you coming back cuz this is feeling lame.
