10 one-legged squats, alternating
15 pull-ups
10 handstand push-ups
20 one-legged squats, alternating
30 pull-ups
15 handstand push-ups
30 one-legged squats, alternating
45 pull-ups
10 handstand push-ups
20 one-legged squats, alternating
30 pull-ups
5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating

    Back to practicing those weaknesses. HSPU, still can’t do them strict. Oh well,i’ll keep trying. Should be a fun challenge.

      I hear ya. Even kipping that many is a real challenge. I can either go full range of motion with a kip, or partial range strict.

    loved the link today, and the workout wasn’t as brutal as I feared. strict pull ups and HSPUs make their kipping cousins seem so much easier! it’s all about perspective 🙂
