Goodmorning!!! My wrists are killing me from those thrusters yesterday. Not sure if I’ll be there tonight.
It is good to see the new people in the box keep up the hard work you are looking good. are people out there in the box still eating good i can see the difference in myself already getting leaner and cardio is getting better.Jenny if you are out there how is it going you better be getting those crossfit workouts in we miss youuu!for all the rest you better start (blogging)…Or maybe you just like burpee’s.
I’m pumped to go to the Level 1 Cert this weekend, now I’m also fired up to attend a Kelly Starrett mobility seminar one day as well, only to get better and help others achieve their highest potential as well. Here’s a shout out to Coach Elijah for the excellent posts and totally doing a complete overhall on my lousy form, technique and flexibility since joining ACF back in September. I’m stoked in helping expand and grow ACF with Kyle, Keith, Molly and Jerry.
I just caught myself reading IntSteve’s message out loud and fast, …then louder and faster, …and then as loud and as fast as I could. Hmm?? lol
Great to be back in the box yesterday after a week of being snowed in and then sick! Now, I love me some burpees but lets ramp up our blog posts everyone! I didn’t catch the new girl’s name at 5:30, but nice job improving your technique throughout the hour – and nice job coaching her Molly!
Feeling pretty sore in the shoulders today! Thanks Elijah, Kyle, an Molly for all the great coaching! I think this is the most fun I hve had working out! Cassie and I are really enjoying the workouts and it has been great meeting everyone!
Thank you, Amy! Kayla did great yesterday learning the clean. It’s great to see so many new faces in the gym, especially because so many of our peeps are currently missing.

Good job Intense Steve on your back squats, every time I see you squat with weight it gets better and better.
Good luck to you soon to be coaches with the cert this weekend. Anyone else planning to go to the paleo seminar on Saturday? I still haven’t registered but I was thinking of checking it out. Might be nice to have some ACF company…
