Thank you to John and Amy for hosting a great little gathering to watch the San Francisco football team lose that super bowl thing (our new friend Dave says ‘Go Baltimore!’).
Everyone who is buying meat from the local Kyle Madison Meat Market, please have your money at the gym by Wednesday. The price is $4.20 a pound. I know we said $3.95 but the extra 25 cents will pay for the butcher. We are going to have enough for all of us to get what we want.
Next on the list. Get it together people, one week from today we will start another ‘Paleo’ challenge. I don’t care what is coming up next week or in three weeks. It seems like it’s never a good time to get it together. So, take this next week to work out the kinks, and try to dial it in. More details and a WOD for the challenge will be posted at the box. The CrossFit Open. What is the CrossFit Open? The CrossFit Open is a chance for you all to prove your fitness to the world. CrossFit.com will release a different benchmark type workout every week starting March 6th. We as a gym will be doing these workouts. Regardless of your skill level you will be doing these workouts too and as always we will modify them to fit your needs and abilities.
