Complete as much as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 Squats
15 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
45 Squats
20 Pull-ups
40 Push-ups
60 Squats
25 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
75 Squats
30 Pull-ups
60 Push-ups
90 Squats

And practice L-sits from the floor for ten minutes.

    Push-ups felt very like I weighed 50 pounds heavier today. Oh well, got through it. Completed 4 rounds + 51 reps.

    L-sits were humbling like always. Have fun afternoon classes, just keep moving!

    Great noon class today! Perfect music for busting out reps. 4 rounds + 66. Thank you Brian and FireSteve for giving me a target on the whiteboard, Elijah for giving me a rabbit to chase, and Adam for nipping at my heals. It felt good to complete a WOD after two days of being cut off!
