Great work last week on the CrossFit Open workout 13.1. Keith got himself in to the 165lb snatches with two reps and Smooth D hit a PR at 135lbs, well done fellas! Teresa was scared to try the 75lb snatch before the workout even started and ended up with 26 reps @75, way to kick ass lady! The CrossFit Open is so much fun, I hope you guys are enjoying it as much as I am! Get fired up and ready for the next one people, we’ll know what it is on Wednesday night. Some of us will be doing it right after it gets released. Talk about fun!!!
